Chief Minister Pays Tribute to Devi Ahilyabai Holkar on Her Birth Anniversary

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai paid homage to Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar on the occasion of her 300th birth anniversary, which falls on May 31.

The Chief Minister said that Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar left an indelible mark in Indian history through her good governance, sense of justice, and public welfare initiatives. She not only developed her own kingdom but also carried out extensive religious and cultural restoration works across India. She constructed temples at famous pilgrimage sites, built ghats, wells, stepwells, and roads, benefiting millions of people.

CM Sai added that Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar set an example of women empowerment through her wisdom, compassion, and prudent administration. Her entire life was devoted to social harmony, justice, service, and religious endeavors.
