During the meeting, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai personally presented a detailed roadmap for Bilaspur\u2019s urban development over the next 10 to 15 years. The discussion extended beyond immediate challenges and focused extensively on future population growth, urban expansion, traffic management, housing, drinking water supply, sewage, drainage, and integrated city planning. The Chief Minister made it clear that from \u201cdrainage lines to city planning,\u201d no issue was left outside the scope of discussion.
