The pavilion set up by the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board emerged as one of the highlights of the national celebration, drawing large crowds eager to experience the state\u2019s cultural and natural richness.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai and Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Sao visited the Bharat Parv venue and interacted with officers from the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board, who briefed them on the state\u2019s prominent tourist destinations and upcoming initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cChhattisgarh\u2019s natural beauty, traditions, and folk art have carved out a unique identity across India,\u201d said Chief Minister Sai. \u201cThe state is fast emerging as one of the country\u2019s most promising tourism destinations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>*Traditional Flavours that Enchanted Visitors:CM Sai Savours Chhattisgarhi Cuisine*<\/p>\n<p>During the event, the Chief Minister visited the Studio Kitchen operated by the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Raipur. There, students presented a spread of traditional delicacies including Aamari Sharbat, Karil Kebab, Chousela Roti, Bafauri, and Phara. The authentic flavours offered visitors a taste of Chhattisgarh\u2019s rich culinary heritage.<\/p>\n<p>Praising the students, Chief Minister Sai remarked,\u201cThese young chefs are the custodians of Chhattisgarh\u2019s cultural legacy. Through their skill and creativity, they are enhancing the state\u2019s prestige.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Present on the occasion were Shri Subodh Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister; Shri Vivek Acharya, Managing Director of the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board; and Shri Vedvrat Sirmour, General Manager.<\/p>\n<p>*Pride in Handicrafts and Folk Traditions*<\/p>\n<p>The Chief Minister also visited the stalls featuring Kosa silk textiles crafted by weavers from Ambikapur, purchasing a few items to encourage the artisans. He interacted warmly with the craftspeople and expressed appreciation for their craftsmanship.<\/p>\n<p>He also met with Chhattisgarh\u2019s cultural troupe performing at Bharat Parv, commending them for representing the state on a national platform, \u201cOur art, attire, and folk dances are integral to Chhattisgarh\u2019s identity,\u201d said the Chief Minister. \u201cOur aim is to showcase these traditions more prominently on the national stage.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>*Chhattisgarh\u2019s Vibrant Presence at Bharat Parv*<\/p>\n<p>Visitors thronged the Chhattisgarh pavilion to witness live demonstrations of traditional handicrafts, folk dances, and culinary artistry.
