Chhattisgarh has achieved a remarkable distinction at the 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2025, with its State Pavilion receiving the prestigious \u201cSpecial Appreciation Medal\u201d for excellence in thematic presentation and display. The award was conferred at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, where IITF was held from November 14\u201327, 2025.<\/p>\n

This recognition comes at a moment of pride, as Chhattisgarh completes 25 years of its formation in 2025. The pavilion presented an immersive narrative of the state\u2019s evolution\u2014from its cultural roots and tribal heritage to its achievements in governance, livelihood generation, industrial growth, tourism, and sustainable development.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Narrative strength & thematic clarity: The pavilion offered a compelling storyline capturing the state\u2019s 25-year journey- its achievements, aspirations, and the spirit of \u201cNava Chhattisgarh.\u201d It also highlighted the transformation of Bastar, showcasing recent progress in connectivity, tourism, tribal livelihoods, and peace-led development that has opened new opportunities for the region.
\n\u2022 Cultural richness & heritage display: Traditional crafts, tribal art, indigenous products, local cuisine, and tourism offerings showcased the soul of Chhattisgarh with authenticity and modern appeal.
\n\u2022 Balanced representation of progress: A major highlight was the pavilion\u2019s strong focus on Chhattisgarh\u2019s new Industrial Development Policy 2024-30, aimed at driving large-scale job creation and attracting high-impact investments. <\/p>\n
The display introduced visitors to two transformational upcoming projects:
