“With strong willpower, empathy, and an inclusive policy, we have initiated a new era of change in Bastar. The determination and spirit of Bastar’s youth are our true inspiration, and together, we will build a new Bastar.” With these words, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai warmly addressed a group of 96 young men and women from the remote and Naxal-affected villages of Niyad Nella Nar Panchayats in Bijapur district at his official residence.<\/p>\n
The Chief Minister welcomed them on their first-ever visit to the state capital, Raipur, and wished them a memorable and enriching experience. He stated that through initiatives like Niyad Nella Nar, the state government is opening new pathways to peace and development in Naxal-affected regions. \u201cYou are the future of Chhattisgarh, and with your participation, we will advance both Bastar and the entire state,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Shri Sai emphasized that the Niyad Nella Nar scheme is not only transforming village life but also providing youth with self-reliance and a life of dignity. He assured them that the government is committed to establishing lasting peace in their regions. He further mentioned that Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah has resolved to eliminate Naxalism from its roots by March 2026.<\/p>\n
“The Maoists do not want development in your region, but we will overcome every obstacle in the path of progress,” he affirmed. \u201cThe courage of Bastar\u2019s people gives us the energy to uproot the evil of Naxalism.\u201d<\/p>\n
Speaking about the natural beauty of their region, he described the dense forests, enchanting waterfalls, and fertile lands of Bastar. The government is working to provide better irrigation to enhance agriculture in the area. He encouraged the youth to pursue farming and education with dedication, noting that their contribution is essential to the state\u2019s development.<\/p>\n
Shri Sai also spoke of cultural initiatives such as the Bastar Olympics and Bastar Pandum, calling them expressions of Bastar\u2019s soul. These events, with mass participation from youth, women, and children, have shown the world that Bastar is now moving toward a new era. He stressed the importance of preserving Bastar\u2019s art, culture, and heritage together.<\/p>\n
\u201cBastar is a land of valor, patience, and pride,\u201d he said. \u201cNow, together, we will lead it on a path of development and prosperity.\u201d The Chief Minister reaffirmed the government\u2019s commitment to creating new opportunities for youth through various schemes, skill training, sports, and education.<\/p>\n
He urged the youth to join the mainstream and become agents of change in building a strong, safe, and prosperous Bastar.<\/p>\n

The youth from the remote villages of Bijapur who visited Raipur shared their experiences and aspirations openly with Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai. They spoke about their dreams of improving their lives through education, sports, skills, and public service. “We want to be a part of Bastar’s transformation,” they said.<\/p>\n
They acknowledged that the Niyad Nella Nar scheme has given them a new identity and direction in life.<\/p>\n
