He stated that yoga is considered an excellent means of maintaining physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. It is an ancient tradition of India, recognized long ago by our sages and seers for its immense value. Today, the whole world is realizing the significance of yoga.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Minister Shri Sai said that yoga is fundamentally a process of cleansing the body, mind, and soul. It is a way of living a healthy, stress-free, and disciplined life. He urged everyone to practice yoga for a disease-free and healthy life.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that yoga has shown a highly positive impact on enhancing physical energy, health, and immunity.
