Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today participated in the ‘Samadhan Shivir’ (Solution Camp) organized in Sitagaon village under Manpur development block of Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki district. He was accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister and District In-charge Minister Shri Vijay Sharma and Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Shri Subodh Singh.
\nUnder the third phase of the Good Governance Festival, today’s ‘Samadhan Shivir’ included 8 Gram Panchayats\u2014Sitagaon, Madanwada, Karekatta, Halanjur, Hureli, Kandadi, Kohka, Halora\u2014as a cluster. Chief Minister Shri Sai directly interacted with the beneficiaries of these panchayats, inquired about the grassroots implementation of government schemes, and listened to their problems.
\nChief Minister Shri Sai stated in his address that “Good Governance Festival 2025 is being celebrated across the state. Our government has been in office for one and a half years, and during this time, we are constantly reaching out to the public to assess the impact and benefits of the schemes.”
\nChief Minister Shri Sai said that “This government is working with a spirit of transparency and public participation.” He said that after the formation of the government in the state, 18 lakh Prime Minister’s houses have been sanctioned, out of which 15,000 special houses have been sanctioned for Naxal-affected areas. The benefits of the Mahtari Vandan Yojana are being provided to all eligible sisters. He said that the government has procured paddy at a rate of \u20b93100 per quintal. Along with land registration, the mutation process will now be automatically completed. Relinquishment of rights now costs only \u20b9500. Atal Digital Seva Kendras have been established in 1460 Gram Panchayats of the state, which will be expanded to all Gram Panchayats in the coming year.
\nChief Minister Shri Sai informed that the Tribal Museum established in Naya Raipur is an important step towards the preservation of tribal culture. The state government is continuously striving to eliminate Naxalism, and the target has been set to completely eradicate it by March 2026.
\nOn this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai announced the upgradation of Sitagaon Sub-Health Center to a Primary Health Center, construction of a bus stand and hostel in Mohla, upgradation of Sitapur High School to a Higher Secondary School, and establishment of a 132 KV substation in Ambagarh Chowki area.
\nChief Minister Shri Sai distributed beneficiary-oriented materials to eligible beneficiaries. This included fishing nets from the Fisheries Department, ration cards from the Food Department, and “Keys of Happiness” under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Beneficiaries also received benefits under the Swachh Bharat Mission, and ‘Swachhata Didis’ (Sanitation Sisters) were honored. Pension scheme beneficiaries also benefited. Chief Minister Shri Sai also felicitated meritorious students from the area.
\nDeputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma, while interacting with people at the ‘Samadhan Shivir’, said that “The government is seriously working to resolve people’s problems and fulfill their demands. For this, applications were collected and scrutinized a month in advance, and now people are being provided benefits through the organization of camps. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai himself is visiting ‘Samadhan Shivirs’ to assess the resolution of problems at the ground level.” Deputy Chief Minister Shri Sharma informed that revolutionary improvements have been made in the process of registration, mutation, and relinquishment of rights. Now people will not have to wander around with papers. As soon as the registration is done, the mutation will happen automatically. Through the Mahtari Vandan Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, the government has addressed the concerns of women and the poor. With the joint efforts of the central and state governments, significant success is being achieved in the direction of eliminating Naxalism.
