Located in Sector-21 of Chhattisgarh\u2019s capital, the six-story Central Business District (CBD), built across 2.65 lakh square feet, is rapidly shaping up as the new landmark of India\u2019s first smart city\u2014Nava Raipur. Situated next to the newly developed Nava Raipur Railway Station, this complex is popularly referred to as the CBD Railway Station area.<\/p>\n
Currently, the Miraj Multiplex, IP Club Restaurant, and the Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) office are operational within the complex. Detailed Structure of the CBD
\nThe commercial complex is divided into four wings, with a total carpet area of 2.65 lakh square feet, designed to cater to the varied needs of the public:<\/p>\n
Ground Floor:
\n~5,000 sq ft has been allocated to Gokul Super Market, soon to open. The ASP office is also operating here. Additionally, 100+ retail stores have been allotted.<\/p>\n
Second Floor:
\nAllocated to NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology), which will train youth in electronics, data analytics, and IT, fostering self-reliance. The IP Club Restaurant, offering a variety of cuisines, is also located here.<\/p>\n
Third Floor:
\nAn Immersive Holographic Entertainment Center is being constructed at a cost of \u20b95.33 crore. It will provide unique entertainment through VR, AR, and holographic technologies.<\/p>\n
