Under the guidance of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai and the efforts of Health Minister Mr. Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, the autonomous societies formed under the Directorate of Medical Education across all 10 medical colleges have been integrated, and significant reforms have been implemented. As part of this, these autonomous societies have been given greater financial and administrative powers, and provisions have been made for the formation of management executive committees and finance committees, all of which now have financial authority.<\/p>\n
To ensure better management of the operations of autonomous societies, a web portal has been developed to enable swift actions with transparency. The portal also serves as a monitoring tool to achieve good governance objectives.<\/p>\n
Through the E-Portal “Autonomous Societies E-Editing Portal,” autonomous societies can now create their agendas online and send out meeting notices. After meetings, they can enter the decisions made and create detailed records of the proceedings. The portal will assign a unique ID to each agenda, linking it to the payment process to avoid duplication of financial charges or payments, ensuring transparency.<\/p>\n
The CSR fund under ICICI Bank is providing this portal free of charge.<\/p>\n
Documents related to decisions made or purchases within the autonomous societies, along with photographs, will also be uploaded onto the portal. Once data is locked, no changes can be made. After data is locked, payments will also be made through the portal, which will be connected to the bank\u2019s payment gateway.<\/p>\n
The Autonomous Societies E-Editing Portal will allow real-time access to information about the income and expenditure of the societies. It will also show how much money has been spent under which head and will provide immediate information on the progress of decisions made in previous meetings.<\/p>\n
The E-Editing Portal will bring transparency to the operations and payments of the autonomous societies, allowing decisions related to public welfare work to be made more efficiently and swiftly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
