Aligning with rapidly changing technology is crucial for entrepreneurship. Technology is evolving at a fast pace, and enterprises that don’t update themselves in line with technological advancements fall behind. Adopting new technology is the only way to meet the standards of success today. Technology will play a significant role in creating a developed India and a developed Chhattisgarh. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai made these remarks while addressing entrepreneurs, professors, and students of IIT Bhilai during the “IIT Bhilai and Chhattisgarh Industry Conclave: Vision Developed India 2047” held in Raipur.<\/p>\n
MoU Signed for Establishment of Research Park in Dantewada<\/p>\n
At the IIT Bhilai and Chhattisgarh Industry Conclave, an MoU was signed between IIT Bhilai and the Dantewada district administration for the establishment of a Research Park. This conclave focuses on promoting the technological advancement of regional industries and healthy competition with the support of the education sector.<\/p>\n
Chhattisgarh’s Role is Crucial in Fulfilling the Vision of Developed India 2047: CM<\/p>\n
Chief Minister Shri Sai said, “I am delighted that IIT Bhilai is organizing the Chhattisgarh Industries Conclave with the goal of Vision Developed India 2047 in mind. The dream of a developed India envisioned by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has a significant role for Chhattisgarh. We must all contribute to making Chhattisgarh a developed state.”<\/p>\n
The Chief Minister further added that Chhattisgarh is rich in many respects, including its forest resources and mineral wealth. The state is known as the “Rice Bowl” of India, and its farmers are hardworking.<\/p>\n
Vision 2047 Document and New Industrial Policy 2024-30 Implemented<\/p>\n
The Chief Minister also mentioned that the state government has prepared the Vision Document 2047 for a developed Chhattisgarh and has implemented a new Industrial Policy for 2024-2030. This policy ensures participation from all sections of society, offering special benefits to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, differently-abled persons, and other communities. He stated that the government is particularly focused on job creation. Industries are being promoted through a bespoke policy and a single-window system, and the new policy has received a positive response from investors.<\/p>\n
Growing Investor Interest, 3700 Crore Investment Proposals Received<\/p>\n
Chief Minister Shri Sai shared that investors are increasingly attracted to Chhattisgarh. Recently, at the Invest Connect Meet held in Bangalore, investment proposals worth 3700 crore rupees were received. Similar meets were also held in New Delhi and Mumbai, where investors showed enthusiasm about investing in Chhattisgarh.<\/p>\n
Progress in Green Energy, Textile, and IT Sectors<\/p>\n
The Chief Minister noted that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is placing special emphasis on green energy, and the Chhattisgarh government is also moving swiftly in this direction. Additionally, investment proposals have been received in the textile and IT sectors. He expressed confidence that Chhattisgarh will make rapid progress in industrial development.<\/p>\n
Focus on Skill Development, Employment Opportunities for Youth<\/p>\n
Shri Sai emphasized that alongside promoting industries, the state government is actively working on skill development to provide employment opportunities for the youth of the state.<\/p>\n
