Accelerating Business and Employment Opportunities
\nThis decision marks a revolutionary step in promoting Ease of Doing Business. The new regulations simplify the registration process, provide relief to small shopkeepers, and ensure better protection of employees’ rights.<\/p>\n
Shops already registered under previous regulations must apply for a Labor Identification Number (LIN) within six months, without any additional fees. However, if applied after six months, a mandatory fee will be charged as per the rules.<\/p>\n
Freedom to Operate Shops 24\/7, All Week
\nUnder the new Act, businesses are now free to operate their shops 24 hours a day, seven days a week, entirely at their discretion. This liberalized approach is expected to boost business activities, generate employment, and strengthen the state\u2019s economy.<\/p>\n
