Rahman,\u201d said noted film director and screen writer Bharat Bala. He was speaking in a Panel discussion on \u2018<em>Culture as Context for Cinematic Storytelling\u2019&nbsp;<\/em>at 55<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;IFFI in Goa.&nbsp; Reputed writers, Dr. Sachchidanand Joshi and Amish Tripathi were the other speakers in the panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shri Bala said that advertising is all about generating fervour and excitement for a product. Similarly, he wanted to make \u2018Vande Mataram\u2019 sound cool for the new generation and \u2018Vande Mataram\u2019 album song was a result of this thought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shri Bala informed that he is working on a new project called&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/virtualbharat.com\/\">Virtual Bharat<\/a>&nbsp;which chronicles India through 1000 stories coming from different parts of the country. \u201cCrowd funding of films can give the general public, power to choose the stories they want to watch as opposed to the current system where producer or director decides which story to choose for making the film.\u201d Shri Bala concluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amish Tripathi popular author of \u2018The Shiva Trilogy\u2019 and \u2019Ram Chandra Series\u2019 said that, for many decades now, films are portraying the realities of society.
