Upon receiving details of the incident, the Health Department instructed the Balrampur administration to conduct a thorough investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A preliminary inquiry by the Chief Medical Officer found on-duty nursing staff Amita Minj and ward attendant Anita Singh accountable for the negligence. Based on this report, the Balrampur District Collector has suspended both employees for negligence, indiscipline, and failure to perform their duties.
