Work with the Goal of Holistic Development of the City: Sao

Raipur, March 1

The swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected President and Councilors of Kharsia Municipality was held today in the esteemed presence of Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Urban Administration and Development, Shri Arun Sao. The event was also attended by Raigarh MP Shri Radheshyam Rathia, Rajya Sabha MP Shri Devendra Pratap Singh, and Jagdalpur MLA Shri Kiran Dev.

The newly elected President of Kharsia Municipality, Shri Kamal Garg, along with the councilors, took the oath in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Sao. Congratulating all the newly elected representatives, Shri Sao expressed confidence that they would work with full dedication towards the holistic development of Kharsia city. He emphasized that they should remain committed to fulfilling every promise made in the “Atal Vishwas Patra” and work with determination to make the city clean, beautiful, and well-equipped with modern amenities. He assured that the government would provide full support in this endeavor.

MP Shri Radheshyam Rathia, MP Shri Devendra Pratap Singh, and MLA Shri Kiran Dev also addressed the swearing-in ceremony. A large number of public representatives and distinguished citizens, including Raigarh Mayor Shri Jivardhan Chauhan, Shri Arundhar Diwan, Shri Vijay Agarwal, Shri Gurpal Bhalla, Shri Shrikant Somawar, and Shri Subhash Pandey, were present at the event.
