Vibrant Holi Milan Ceremony Held at Chhattisgarh Assembly

A colorful Holi Milan ceremony was held today at the Assembly Complex, where Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, Leader of Opposition Dr. Charandas Mahant, and numerous other legislators exchanged Holi greetings by applying colors on each other. The entire atmosphere was filled with the festive spirit of Holi. Ministers and legislators presented traditional Phag songs, which had the assembly members dancing to the tunes.
Assembly Complex Echoed with Phag Songs of Ministers and Legislators
The Holi Milan ceremony witnessed a special display of folk traditions. The Phag songs sung by the ministers and legislators showcased the cultural richness of the Assembly complex.
Revenue Minister Shri Tankram Verma played the mukh murli (flute) and beautifully performed the song Chhote Se Shyam Kanhaiya. MLA Shri Anuj Sharma captivated the audience with the songs Ka Tain Mola Mohini Dal Diye Re and Rang Barse. MLA Shri Kunwar Singh Nishad sang the songs Phagun Mast Mahina and Chana Ke Daar Raja. MLA Shri Dilip Lahriya mesmerized the audience with the song Nadiya Ke Paar Mein, Kadali Kachar Mein. MLA Shri Ramkumar Yadav and Mrs. Chaturi Nand also added to the celebrations with their renditions of Phag songs.
Dr. Surendra Dubey’s Poems and Cultural Performances Added Color to the Event
Popular poet Dr. Surendra Dubey enchanted everyone with his humorous and colorful poems related to Holi. Additionally, Shri Rakesh Tiwari and his team performed vibrant cultural presentations that further elevated the festive atmosphere. Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh and Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai honored Dr. Surendra Dubey, Shri Rakesh Tiwari, and his team for their contributions.
