Transparent and Fair Recruitment Processes Have Secured the Future of Youth: CM Sai

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai presented appointment letters to 233 selected candidates for the post of Laboratory Technician under the Higher Education Department at the auditorium of Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University in the capital Raipur. On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that the transparent and trustworthy recruitment processes have secured the future of the state’s youth. He informed that more than 10,000 government jobs have been provided in various departments over the last 20 months.
Chief Minister Shri Sai stated that the youth of the state are being given appointments in the Police Department, Electricity Department, Cooperatives Department, Public Health Engineering Department, Tribal Development Department, and several other departments. He announced that in the coming time, 700 Assistant Professors will be recruited in the Higher Education Department and 5,000 teachers in the School Education Department.
The Chief Minister further said that today’s occasion is historical and a matter of great joy—it is the first time that such a large number of appointment letters are being presented simultaneously. This will certainly prove to be a milestone in the construction of a Developed Chhattisgarh. He congratulated all the newly appointed Laboratory Technicians and called upon them to discharge their duties with hundred percent sincerity and honesty.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the state government has adopted a new industrial policy, through which employment opportunities are being created on a large scale. He informed that under this new industrial policy, investment proposals worth approximately ₹7 lakh crore have been received so far, and the work of establishing industrial units under many of these proposals has already commenced. These industries will provide widespread direct and indirect benefits to the people of the state.
Higher Education Minister Shri Tankram Verma addressed the program, saying that under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, remarkable changes have occurred in every sector of Chhattisgarh over the last 20 months. The recruitment process for every department is being completed with transparency and fairness. Minister Shri Verma congratulated the newly selected Laboratory Technicians and said that all of them will undoubtedly play a significant role in taking their colleges to new heights and contributing to the making of a Developed Chhattisgarh. He also appreciated the officials of the Higher Education Department, stating that completing the entire counseling process in three phases within a period of just three months, without any controversy, and in a transparent and fair manner, is a highly commendable achievement.
Technical Education and Skill Development Minister Shri Khushwant Saheb, Vice-Chancellor of Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University Dr. Sachchidanand Shukla, Secretary of the Higher Education Department Dr. S. Bharathidasan, along with departmental officials and a large number of newly appointed Laboratory Technicians were present on the occasion.
