US President Donald Trump has said, Washington will not allow North Korea to continue threatening international peace and stability.
Mr Trump said this at a joint news conference held with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe after their summit talks in Tokyo on Monday.
The US President denounced Pyongyang for its nuclear tests and ballistic missile launches directly over Japanese territory and called the actions a threat to civilized world and international peace and stability.
On trade, Mr Trump pledged to achieve a fair, free and reciprocal trading relationship, and to seek equal and reliable access for American exports to Japan’s markets.
He said, continuing to pursue closer economic ties will create new and exciting opportunities to achieve greater prosperity in both countries.
