Prime Minister Narendra Modi accuses opposition of divisive politics

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has accused the Opposition of indulging in divisive politics and blamed the Congress for the impasse in Parliament. Addressing a BJP parliamentary party meeting in New Delhi today, Mr Modi said, while BJP is pursuing an inclusive politics, the Opposition is indulging in divisive and negative politics due to the ruling party’s rising strength.

This was stated by Union Minister Ananth Kumar after the meeting. Ananth Kumar said, BJP MPs will observe a day’s fast in their constituencies on 12th of this month to highlight the stalemate in Parliament.

Mr Kumar said, BJP will observe Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas Abhiyan from April 14, the Birth Anniversary of Dr. BR Ambedkar. He said it will continue till 5th of May and the party leaders, Ministers, MPs and MLAs will stay in villages to highlight the welfare works and schemes launched by the NDA government.
