Indian Railways today announced to extend the exemption of service charge for online train ticket bookings till 30th of June. Railways had withdrawn service charges from November 23 last year till March 31 this year to encourage digital modes of booking.
A Railway Board official said in New Delhi, the extension has been effected on a request from the Information Technology Ministry.
