
Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested a wanted terrorist of Indian Mujahideen.
Ariz Khan alias Junaid, who had a reward of Rs. 15 lakh on his head, was arrested from Indo-Nepal border on Tuesday.
He was responsible for several terrorist attacks including in Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Delhi.
Briefing media in New Delhi Wednesday evening, DCP Special Cell, Pramod Singh Kushwaha, said, 165 people lost their lives and more than 500 injured in bombing incidents by Junaid. He is expert bomb maker, conspirator and executioner.
Mr Kushwaha said, Junaid was associated with Atif Amin who was killed in 2008 Batala House encounter and had narrowly escaped during the encounter.
