Co-operative samitis to distribute gas connections under Ujjwala project

Fifty co-operative samitis in the remote regions had been selected in 19 districts for distribution of domestic gas under the Prime Minister ‘Ujjwala’ project. Godowns will be built for this purpose on the premises of co-operative samitis at a cost of Rs 5 crore 25 lakh. The Co-Operative samitis Department officers said that 50 primary co-operative samities in 19 districts had been selected to implement the Ujjwala scheme. Audhi and Khadgaon co-operative samiti in Rajnandgaon had been selected along with the rest.
