The alleged Middleman in the AgustaWestland chopper case Christian Michel has been sent to the judicial custody till February 26, ordered a Delhi Court.
A order in this connection was passed by CBI Special Judge Arvind Kumar after hearing the Enforcement Directorate plea.
Michel was extradited from Dubai recently and was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on December 22.
He was sent to seven days custody of the agency over money laundering charges in the scam. Earlier, he was lodged in Tihar Jail in the related CBI case.
