BJP has attacked the AAP government in Delhi taking note of the Shunglu Committee’s report which found misuse of power by the AAP regime in different decisions. The party said, the Committee has probed only 400 files of the Arvind Kejriwal government and found large-scale corruption.
Talking to reporters outside Parliament, senior BJP leader and Union Minister Vijay Goel alleged that the Chief Minister Mr. Kejriwal has made city government, what he called, a private limited company. He said, massive corruption took place in the appointments, Mohalla Clinics and other schemes.
Mr. Goel alleged that the party which was elected by the people to fight against corruption is now the most corrupt party.
Shunglu committee, set up by Delhi’s former LG Najeeb Jung to scrutinize decisions taken by the AAP government, has alleged irregularities were committed while taking decisions on land allotment for the AAP office in the national capital and the appointment of Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain’s daughter in a health project.
