In Syria, fifty-eight people were killed and more than sixty injured in a suspected chemical attack by government warplanes on Khan Sheikhoun town of Idlib province today. Syrian military denied the allegations of using chemical weapons, terming it rebel propaganda.

Meanwhile, Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the warplanes continued to pound the town after the attack, including near a medical point where victims were being treated.
