29 ultras including 11 female cadres surrender in Sukma

Disappointed by the hollow ideology of outlawed organisation, as many as 29 ultras including 11 women surrendered before police in insurgency-hit Sukma district of Chhattisgarh on Thursday, police said.

The surrendered ultras were active in Konta area, added police.

Initial investigation revealed that surrendered cadres were disappointed by the hollow ideology and discrimination within the organisation.

As per the policy of Chhattisgarh government necessary assistance will be provided to them, added police.
