Three-Member Team Formed to Investigate Complaint Against In-Charge Civil Surgeon of Janjgir-Champa

An application has been submitted by doctors and employees of District Hospital Janjgir-Champa and BDM Hospital Champa demanding the removal of In-Charge Civil Surgeon Dr. Deepak Jaiswal from his post. According to a letter issued by the Collector’s Office, Janjgir-Champa, a three-member committee has been formed to investigate the complaint, in which Additional Collector Shri Gyanendra Singh has been appointed as the chairman, Chief Medical and Health Officer Smt. Swati Vandana Sisodia and Deputy Collector Ms. Bhavna Sahu have been appointed as members.
The investigation team will prepare a detailed investigation report after conducting an in-depth examination of the facts of the case, related documents, and evidence.
