Teachings and Sacrifices of Sikh Gurus Inspire Us All – Sai

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai visited the Railway Station Gurudwara in the capital city, Raipur, this evening. He offered prayers (Mattha Tekna) and performed Ardas for the peace, prosperity, and happiness of the people of the state. On this occasion, he flagged off free buses organized by the Sikh Sangat for the Hola Mohalla pilgrimage.
In this journey organized by the Sikh Sangat, approximately 1,200 devotees departed for Shri Hazur Sahib Nanded (Maharashtra) and Gurudwara Nanak Jhira Sahib, Bidar (Karnataka) in 17 buses, 2 trucks, and other vehicles. This pilgrimage serves as a symbol of the faith, tradition, and collective devotion of the Sikh community.

* A Source of Inspiration: Extending his best wishes for a safe journey, CM Sai stated that the message of sacrifice, martyrdom, and service to humanity by the Sikh Gurus is a source of inspiration for the entire nation.
* Symbol of Courage: He remarked that Hola Mohalla, held at sacred sites associated with Guru Gobind Singh Ji, is not just a religious event but a symbol of an extraordinary tradition of courage, service, and patriotism.
* Legacy of Valor: The Chief Minister emphasized that the legacy of bravery and dedication established by the Sikh Gurus will continue to inspire countrymen forever.
* A Silver Jubilee Milestone: CM Sai expressed great joy that the Sikh Sangat has been organizing this grand event for 25 consecutive years, offering his heartfelt congratulations to the community for this achievement.

The event saw the presence of Raipur MP Shri Brijmohan Agrawal, Chairman of the Minority Commission Shri Amarjeet Singh Chhabra, President of the Gurudwara Management Committee Shri Surendra Singh Chhabra, and a large number of representatives from the Sikh community.
