Swearing-in Ceremony of Newly Elected President and Councilors of Kumhari Municipality Held in presence of Chief Hospitality of Deputy CM5 Sao

Today, the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected president and councilors of Kumhari Municipality was held in the chief hospitality of Deputy Chief Minister and Urban Administration and Development Minister Shri Arun Sao.

MLA Domanlal Korsewara also attended the swearing-in ceremony. In the ceremony held at the Government Primary School located at Kumhari’s Market Chowk, SDM Shri Mahesh Rajput administered the oath to the newly elected President Smt. Meena Verma and the councilors.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Sao congratulated and extended his best wishes to the newly elected municipal president and councilors. He expressed hope that this new team of the municipality will actively work to develop new facilities for the residents of Kumhari and to make the city clean and beautiful. All possible cooperation will be provided by the state government in this.
After the oath of Municipal President Smt. Meena Verma, a total of 24 councilors took the oath in groups of 6-6. The newly elected President Smt. Meena Verma expressed gratitude to all the guests and citizens. The newly elected public representatives resolved to work together for the development and prosperity of the city. Former Parliamentary Secretary Shri Siyaram Sahu along with dignitaries and citizens were present in large numbers at the swearing-in ceremony.
