The winter session of the Haryana Assembly begins today. The three-day session is expected to be stormy. The Congress has said, it will bring adjournment motions on the scrapping of Dadupur-Nalvi canal project, the collapse of law and order in the state and the issues being faced by bajra growing farmers.
