Four persons were killed and 15 others injured when a tractor-trolley lost control and overturned in Ushait area of Badaun in Uttar Pradesh.
Police today said that the incident took place yesterday night when villagers were returning after attending a party. The 15 injured were rushed to a hospital, where their condition was stated to be stable.
