As per information received, Session is likely to witness fireworks with opposition. The main opposition Samajwadi Party has said that it will vociferously raise the issue of rising crime graph across the state besides issues of the poor, especially farmers.

Congress has said that it will raise the issues of law and order, crime against women and farmers’ problems. Both the Congress and the SP have decided to highlight the objections raised by traders against the GST regime.

The Assembly session was held in May during which the State Goods and Services Tax Bill GST was passed unanimously.
