President Pranab Mukherjee will be on a two-day visit to Uttarakhand from today during which he will address the annual convocation of IFS officers at the Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy in Dehradun.
The President is also likely to attend the puja ceremony of the reopening of the Badrinath portals.
