Pakistan forces once again resorted to heavy mortar shelling along the Line of Control in Poonch districts of Jammu and Kashmir today.
Defence sources told averred that Pakistani forces started unprovoked firing and shelling targeting some Indian positions and civilian areas in Krishna Ghati sector of Poonch district around 8 this morning.
Army troops guarding the borderline retaliated the firing effectively and intermittently exchange of fire continued for around one hour. There is no report of any casualty or injury to the Indian side.
