Beginning the celebration of the 75 years of Indian Independence, Amity Institute of Information Technology, Amity University Jharkhand (AUJ) organized Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav with grand pomp and show on Monday.
AUJ Vice-Chancellor, Prof (Dr.) Raman Kumar Jha, redefined Independence for the faculty fraternity and students present there. He underlined the importance of contributing the best for the best and only then one may expect returns in terms of growth and advancement. AUJ Acting Pro-VC Dr. Ashok K Srivasatava, AUJ Director Prof (Dr) Ajit Kumar Pandey, and AUJ Law Director Dr S A Pandey conveyed best wishes. The students of AIIT, Harsh, Shivam, and Prateek presented a musical tribute to the nation while under the direction of Sachin Verma, a play was presented titled ‘Sapno Ka Bharat, Azaad Bharat’. The event concluded with the announcement of the winners of the Online Quiz conducted by the department.
