Former Delhi Mahila Congress president Barkha Shukla Singh today joined the BJP in Delhi. She was expelled from the Congress party recently for anti party activities. Barkha had accused Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi of not meeting party leaders and said he was reluctant to address issues within the organisation.
