The two-day 7th Orientation Programme for the new batch of 2022 commenced at Amity University Jharkhand (AUJ) on Tuesday.
Addressing the audience Amity University Group Senior Vice President Mr. U. Ramachandran said, “We nurture talent in Amity”. He shared the vision of Founder President Dr. Ashok Kumar Chauhan.” Amity is a big family,” he quoted.
He introduced each member of Amity University Jharkhand and further called upon students to get 100% scholarships.
Mr Gaurav Gupta, Vice President, Amity Education Group, said, “It is the day which marks the new journey. The parents must be happy because this journey will be exciting many students wish to join but you are the luckiest and most intelligent one to be a part of Amity family.”
He added that each faculty member is a storehouse of knowledge, and each one of us at Amity has taken a pledge to give our best. “Even during a pandemic, we were geared up to take online classes and lockdown couldn’t stop the placement opportunities for our students. The Amity students have got the highest packages,” he stated.
Dr. Ashok K Srivastava, Acting Pro-Vice Chancellor, Amity University Jharkhand introduced the university to the newly joined students and their parents. He further spoke about the admission process.
Prof. (Dr.) Ajit Kumar Pandey, Dean (Academics), Amity University Jharkhand appreciated the trust ensured by Amity University Group Senior Vice President Mr. U. Ramachandran.
Mr. P Tripathi, Registrar, Amity University Jharkhand informed that Amity is a pioneer group known across the globe.
