In Uttar Pradesh, in a major reshuffle 368 judicial officers of different districts have been transferred. The judicial officers belong to Additional District Judge (ADJ) ranks and junior to ADJ levels.
Legal sources told media that Registrar General of Allahabad High Court has already issued a notification related to the transfer last evening. Most of the judicial officers who had completed three years term in the same district have been transferred by the Administrative Committee of High court judges.
The committee was formed as per the direction of Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court. The Registrar General notification also instructed the transferred judicial officers to join their new place of posting by 8th of next month. The notification mentioned that no representation shall be moved by the transferred judicial officers until they have joined at transferred place.
