Janata Dal (United) leader Sharad Yadav today said that the recent political developments in Bihar is unfortunate. Speaking to media outside Parliament, Yadav said, I don’t agree with the decision. He said, 11 crore people had given the mandate for the grand alliance in the state and it is unfortunate that the alliance broke.

The senior JD(U) leader had met Party MPs Ali Anwar and Veerendra Kumar on Saturday amid reports that he is displeased with Nitish Kumar’s decision. He also met Senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad and CPI(M) general secretary Sitaram Yechury in New Delhi yesterday which reportedly came in the wake of JD(U) joining hands with BJP led NDA to form government in Bihar.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar last week ended his two-year grand alliance with RJD and Congress and revived a partnership with the NDA.
