In Haryana, 11 bodies have been recovered during dredging of Bhakra Canal near Narwana in Jind district. The police is suspecting that the bodies have come from Punjab with flow of water.The canal flows from Punjab to Haryana.
Meanwhile, the Haryana Police has informed Himachal Pradesh and Punjab police about the recovery of bodies and asked them to check the list of missing persons in their state. The investigation in the matter is underway. The bodies have been kept in the Narwana Civil hospital.
