In the IPL match against Rising Pune Supergiant at Pune today, put into bat, Mumbai Indians made 184 for 8 in their Twenty overs. Jos Butler top-scored with a 19-ball 38. The other notable scorers were Hardik Pandya who made an unbeaten 35 and Nitish Rana contributed 34.

For Pune, Imran Tahir grabbed three wickets for 28 runs while Rajat Bhatia took two wickets.

IPL’s biggest buy this season, Ben Stokes made his debut and took one wicket for 36 runs from his quota of four overs.
