In Badminton, Indian shuttler Ajay Jayaram’s impressive run came to an end at the Malaysia Open after he lost in the quarterfinals to Korea’s Son Wan Ho in Kuching today. Jayaram went down fighting 18-21, 14-21 against the fifth seed. This was Jayaram’s fourth successive loss to Wan Ho.
Ajay Jayaram was the lone Indian remaining in the competition after star shuttlers PV Sindhu and Saina Nehwal had lost in their first round.
