Sao inaugurates and lays foundation stones for development works worth Rs 14.34 crore in four urban bodies

Raipur, December 23
Deputy Chief Minister and Urban Administration and Development Minister Arun Sao today inaugurated and laid foundation stones for development works worth over Rs 14.34 crore in four urban bodies of Chhattisgarh.
Speaking at the inauguration and foundation stone-laying ceremony in Arang, Shri Sao said that the Chhattisgarh government has brought Modi’s guarantee and good governance to the state. Development works are being carried out rapidly across the state, including in the Arang area.
Shri Sao mentioned that in the past year, the Urban Administration Department has approved works worth Rs 174.72 crore in four urban bodies of Arang development block, including Chandkhuri, Samoda, Arang, and Mandirhasaud.
Scheduled Caste Development Authority Vice Chairman and Arang MLA Guru Kushwant Sahib, and Lok Sabha MP Shri Brijmohan Agarwal also attended the ceremony.
MP Shri Agarwal said that the double-engine government is working rapidly for the development of the state. He congratulated and extended best wishes to the people of all four urban bodies for the works inaugurated and foundation stones laid today.
The inauguration and foundation stone-laying ceremony was held at the Arang bus stand and was attended by SDM Shri Pushpendra Sharma, Tehsildar Smt. Seeta Shukla, former MLA Shri Sanjay Dheeradi, and several public representatives, dignitaries, and officials of the four urban bodies.
