No project without proper DPR: UP Govt


Uttar Pradesh government has decided not to initiate any project without proper Detail Project Report DPR. It has been decided in the state cabinet meeting held at Lucknow last evening chaired by the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Talking to media persons after cabinet meeting government’s spokesperson and Health Minister of the State Siddhartha Nath Singh said that DPR will contain all details of the project including launching and concluding dates, funds, availability of land and source of funding. He said a high level committee is being set up to monitor implementation of projects.

He also informed that the state cabinet has decided to recruit 1000 doctors through walk in interview on contract basis. He said that the doctors who will opt posting in remote districts will be paid more.
