Special Task Force -STF of police has arrested Saurabh Payal one more accused of UP’s Bulandshahar violence. He was arrested from Siyana area in Bulandshahar district today.
As of now 12 accused in the case have been arrested. One of the key accused Jitendra alias Jeetu Fauji was arrested on December 9th last. But prime accused named in the case , Yogesh Raj is still at run and police is trying to nab him along with others.
Meanwhile local Chief Judicial Magistrate -CJM court in Bulandshahar yesterday issued Non- Bailable Warrant against all named absconding accused in the case.
Special Investigation Team SIT is investigating in the case. On December third Siyana police inspector Subodh Kumar Singh and a local Submit were killed in violence erupted after carcasses of a cattle were found in forrest under Siyana police station.
