The Smart India Hackathon 2018 Grand Finale will be held on 30th and 31st this month across the country at 28 centres. In a tweet, Prime Minister Office said, students will showcase their innovation, which will contribute to India’s transformation.
As per information received, it is the World’s largest Nation-Building Digital Initiative of the HRD Ministry which conceptualized to harness the creativity and energy of bright young students for the development of our nation. The finale will go on for 36 hours at a stretch.
One lakh engineering and management students have registered for the world’s largest Hackathon. The first edition of this event held last year recorded nearly 40 thousand participants. This year, hardware hackathon has also been introduced.
