President Ram Nath Kovind emphasised the need to speed up judicial process by giving quick justice to common people. Inaugurating the valedictory functions of Diamond Jubilee Celebrations of Kerala High Court at Kochi he said that effort should be made to make available the certified copy of the verdict in local languages for the benefit of common man.
The President said that efforts should be made to bring digital technology in the judicial delivery system. He also called upon the advocates not to let down common people as they are looking at you. He further said that Indian justice system is much ahead of others in judicial delivery. Kerala Governor Justice P Satasivam presided over. Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Union Minister Ravisankar Prasad, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Dipak Mishra also spoke on the occasion.
