Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on a two-day visit to Gujarat from today.
In a series of tweets, Mr Modi said, he will launch various projects of Kandla Port in Kutch district, before attending a public gathering at a nearby town of Gandhidham.
Later, in the evening, the Prime Minister will visit Bhachau to inaugurate a pumping station built on Narmada branch canal for the Kutch region. He will also address a public meeting there.
Tomorrow, Mr Modi will attend the annual general meeting of African Development Bank (AfDB) in Gandhinagar. The theme of this year’s meeting is ‘Transforming Agriculture for Wealth Creation in Africa’.
On the sidelines of the event, the Prime Minister will meet some of the distinguished delegates of the AfDB Group.
