In Jammu and Kashmir, in yet another incidence of ceasefire violation along the Line of Control, Pakistani forces resorted to heavy firing and shelling in Naushera sector of Rajouri district today.
As per information received from sources in Defence, the Pakistani forces across the Line of Control started unprovoked firing and shelling targeting Indian posts around 4 this afternoon.
They said, the troops guarding the borderline retaliated the firing and gave a befitting reply. Intermittent exchange of fire was still continuing. There is no report of any causality or injury to the Indian side so far.
