
Minister of State of External Affairs MJ Akbar is scheduled to speak on ‘UAE-India Relations and the International Developments’ at the annual Forum for UAE’s Ambassadors in Abu Dhabi today. Mr. Akbar is on a two day visit to UAE to meet his counterpart and other UAE leadership to hold discussions covering the entire gamut of bilateral, regional and international matters of mutual interest between the two countries. He will also interact with the Indian Business Community during the course of his visit.
Approximately 2.6 million strong and vibrant Indian community forms the largest expatriate group in the UAE. Their contribution in the development of UAE has been an important anchor in the bilateral engagement. This visit hopes to further cement the mutually beneficial ties with the Gulf country.
