Honeypreet will be produced in the court today and police will seek her remand. Panchkula Police Commissioner A S Chawla said that she was interrogated yesterday by the police team, which included senior women officers.
He said, during interrogation the woman named Sukhdip, who was also arrested yesterday alongwith Honeypreet in Punjab, has told that she was in Bathinda with her.
Sukhdip, who is a Dera follower, belongs to Bathinda. Sukhdip has also told that when Haryana police had raided a hostel at Gurusar Modia in Rajasthan on September 2, Honeypreet was there but she managed to escape.
Sources in police said that Honeypreet was taken to hospital at sector 6 in Panchkula for checkup at night, after she complained of poor health.
